Why am I unable to edit my email after applying a template?

Heads up! 

If you're in preview mode, editing is locked. Just toggle off preview mode, and voilà—you’ll be free to make changes to your email.


How can I turn my document template into a shareable link for clients?

It’s easy—just follow these steps:
An administrator can open the Digital Access Manager, locate the desired document, and select “Mark as Public” under the Actions menu. Then, click Actions again and choose “Copy Public URL.” This link can be inserted into an email template or shared directly with the client for easy access
