All fields on this page are applied to the fields found on the respective pages of a policy transaction. Selecting a field here makes it a mandatory field - meaning that when creating or editing a policy transaction, INSIGHT will stop you from progressing to the next page or saving your changes until you enter information in the field.

The following allows you to name the label, however, it doesn't become mandatory until you select the checkbox. The dropdown selection for each label is determined by the respective setting in Configuration.
