How to Edit

Introduction

When you have the permission enabled, the Edit button will be displayed in the Compliance tabs. Where you go to edit a Compliance Record depends on the document you wish to edit. While you can access ALL Compliance Records in the Client Compliance tab, it will be faster to locate policy-related documents in the Policy or Policy Transaction Compliance tab.

Refer to the below table for a summary of what documents you can find under each Compliance tab:

 QUICK TIP: When searching for a PDS in the Client Compliance tab, if the client has multiple policies, it will take more time to go through multiple PDS'. To assist with your search, use the filter to Show PDS Only.

How to Edit

	Determine the best place to locate the Compliance Record. Will you find it in a Client, Policy or Policy Transaction Compliance tab?
	Search for the item that the Compliance Record belongs to:

	Locate the correct search result and select View beside it.
	Select the Compliance tab.
	Locate the Compliance Record you wish to edit. You may use the filter to assist with locating the correct Compliance Record.
	Select Edit beside the Compliance Record you wish to edit.
	Update the fields or re-upload the correct document, then select Save.
