Sunrise Insurers, Classes of Risk & Products

To ensure the correct configuration for Sunrise Products, Administrators must understand how the Insurer profile and the Class of Risk link to the Sunrise Insurer and Sunrise Product settings.

Prior to setting up INSIGHT, contact Ebix to obtain the Ebix Configuration sheet for additional Sunrise Product details.

Process

Click the Details button to view step by step instructions.

1. Create the Insurer profile:

Select Add, Add Insurer, complete the wizard and select Save.

2. Add the class of risk to the Insurer profile:

Go to the Classes of Risk tab, select Add Insurer Class of Risk, complete the page and select Save.

3. Identify the Insurer as a Sunrise Insurer:

Select Setup, Configuration, Sunrise Insurers, select Add, complete the page and select Save - refer to Ebix to get the Transmission Code.

4. Add the Sunrise Product:

In Configuration, select Sunrise Products, select Add, complete the page and select Save. Refer to the Sunrise Configuration Sheet and use the following to enter into the INSIGHT fields.
