A quotation or quote provides a written quotation to your client/potential client.
INSIGHT treats a quote as an unposted (non-financial) transaction. When a quotation is finalised, there is no debt created for the client.
IMPORTANT: INSIGHT does not generate a closing or a "quote slip" for the insurer.When using the search bar to locate a quote, you may receive the result "No records found" as INSIGHT defaults to displaying invoiced transactions. In this scenario, ensure that you select here. This changes the filter to ''Show All Transactions" & updates the list to include quotations. |  |
