Steadfast Apps is evolving into a single, intelligent platform that brings together CRM, DMS, INSIGHT, SCTP, business intelligence, Insurebot, automation and AI designed to optimise how the Steadfast network does business. It connects brokers seamlessly with their clients and an expanding ecosystem of integrated partners, enabling smarter, faster and more connected ways of working.

Late last year, we released the first iteration of Steadfast Apps (lite) delivering core capabilities that are already creating value across the network. A number of brokers are actively using the platform for their Quote, Bind and Pay offerings leveraging binding authorities across multiple schemes to deliver a fully digital insurance experience for their clients.

We’re also seeing strong adoption of the CRM and workflow automation capabilities. The feedback and insights gathered from these early users have been invaluable in shaping the future design and direction of Steadfast Apps This ensures that as we continue to evolve the platform, we’re setting it up for a successful, scalable rollout across the entire Steadfast network.

Future State for Steadfast Apps

Looking ahead, the future of Steadfast Apps is centred on a more intuitive, broker‑first experience, designed to support how brokers actually work day to day. The interface concepts we’ve shared represent an evolution from search‑centric design to a portfolio‑driven view bringing priority tasks, activities and key insights to the forefront through a redesigned homepage.

Account views are being reimagined to provide a true 360‑degree snapshot, with activities, policies, claims and correspondence all accessible in one place, while new application flows simplify product selection and market engagement to generate quotes efficiently.

Steadfast Apps is shaped in partnership with our brokers delivering a connected, streamlined and genuinely supportive platform for the network.

The Steadfast Apps experience will be activated for Brokers currently on INSIGHT in August 2026. This will deliver a new user interface with minimal disruption to how you work or access your clients and policies. New capabilities will continue to release quarterly, including SCTP to be transacted out of Steadfast Apps in early 2027. Stay Tuned for More!
