Locate a Claim
As the claim progresses, you will need to edit the claim to add more information or to update the status of the claim. To do this, you must first locate the claim and select Edit.
There are multiple ways to locate the claim:
![]() | Use the claim's searchable fields - Enter these searchable fields in the search bar to search for the claim:

![]() | Search for the client's name & use the Claims tab - Once you've searched for the client’s name, in the search results, select the Claims tab to view the client’s claims. |
![]() | View the Client itself & select the Claims tab to view the client’s claims. |
![]() | View the Policy itself & select the Claims tab to view the claims against that specific policy. |
![]() | View the Claim itself & use its Menu actions. |
![]() | Use the Open Claims list - Go to My Lists, select Open Claims and search for the claim in the search bar. |
Edit a Claim
Depending on how you located the claim, select Edit or Edit this claim.
Once inside the Edit Claim wizard, make your changes and ensure to select Save.
