What is a Task?

Tasks enable you to create follow-ups & reminders against clients, policy transactions and claims. 

INSIGHT has three types of tasks:


Client Tasks

Policy Tasks

Claim Tasks


All tasks (Client, Policy & Claim Tasks) can be managed under the respective client.
However, users can also view Policy Tasks under the respective policy transactionClaim Tasks under the respective claim
INSIGHT Tasks can be assigned to the user or to other staff members. 
The progress of the task is monitored by updating its status, i.e. from “Not Started” to “Completed”.
