Yes, given the appropriate permissions are granted, templates including documents, emails, and application/claims question sets are customisable.

Can To-Do notes be linked to clients or policies?
Not directly in Phase 1. Based on Working Group feedback, tasks remain generic. Including the account name in the To-Do subject is recommended for clarity. This may evolve in future phases.
Can documents be saved to a To-Do task?
Documents can't be saved directly to a To-Do. Instead, they can be added to an Application or under a note in Accounts, depending on how the broker prefers to track the process.
Can we build our own client forms?
Absolutely, Steadfast Apps supports custom form creation.
Will Claims sync with INSIGHT?
No. Claims are managed in a separate module within Steadfast Apps. Users will transition to this module over time, which offers enhanced functionality like capturing FNOL (First Notice of Loss) data not available in INSIGHT.
Can Insurebot be linked to Steadfast Apps for client applications?
Not currently. However, with Insurebot now part of the team, its RPA technology will be used in future phases to link Steadfast Apps forms to Sunrise and SCTP.
Will there be an informed consent from added?
Yes. When the compliance module is released, an Informed Consent Confirmation Form (based on Goldseal templates) will be available to send to clients to confirm phone conversations.
What if a client isn't comfortable using the online form?
Brokers can complete the form on behalf of the client and either send a link for review or provide a document summarising the collected information.
How does Steadfast Apps handle multiple brands or domains?
There are two configuration options:
Separate tenant environments for each brand, keeping accounts, branding, and emails distinct.
Single tenant with different templates/products for each brand, allowing users to select the appropriate branding manually.
