IMPORTANT: It is assumed you have attended an SCTP training course and are familiar with the SCTP interface.
Process
 | Locate the transaction in INSIGHT, select Renew and Next. |
 | Once in INSIGHT, you have 2 options:
 Remarket - prompts you to complete the quote request and send it to other insurers available on SCTP. |
 | Complete the quote request and select Send. |
 | Select Done to return to INSIGHT and complete the wizard. |
