
The Past Client Portfolio Manager reviews past and in-progress client transfers. Found in Setup, Utilities and under the Clients header, the page is divided into two parts: 1) The top half contains the filters and search button and 2) The bottom half displays the search results.
QUICK TIP: After making changes to the filter, always select the Search button to update the search results.
Use the filters to refine your search, once you find the transfer you wish to review, select Actions, then View. This will show you the transfer's batch details:

![]() | User name that initiated the transfer | ![]() | Number of failed updates (if any) |
![]() | Status | ![]() | 'From' & 'To' details |
You can also have the above information as an Excel sheet by selecting Menu and Download to Excel.
