Found under Setup, Utilities and under the Tasks heading, this tool is used by Administrators and System Administrators to bulk transfer open tasks between different queues. A message will notify you if there are no open tasks in the queue.

 NOTE: When you receive any other message, capture a screenshot of the message (including the INSIGHT URL) and send it to support@steadfasttech.com.au for further investigation.

Process

1. Select Setup, Utilities and Task Queue Manager.

2. Select from either Client Tasks, Policy Tasks or Claim Tasks - you can only transfer one task type at a time. 

3. Go to the From Queue and choose the queue you want to transfer tasks from.

4. Go to the To Queue and choose the queue you want to transfer tasks to.

5. Select Transfer and Yes to the confirmation message.
