Introduction
All payments processed in INSIGHT are stored in Past Payments. Found under the Payments menu, use this area to:

Searching for Payments
The main page is divided into 2 areas. The top area contains the Payee, From Date & To Date filters, search bar and search button (magnifying glass). The bottom area contains the results based on the filters chosen in the top area. Anytime you change the filter selections, for example change from Payee: Insurer to Payee: Client Refund, you must re-select the search button to update the results in the bottom area.
Downloading Remittances
Once you've searched for and located the remittances, select the checkboxes against the payments, then select Download Selected as PDF and/or Download Selected as Excel, depending on the file type you want to save the remittances as.
Alternatively, you can locate a payment and on its right side, select Actions and choose Download Selected as PDF and/or Download Selected as Excel.
Emailing Remittances
Once you've searched for and located the remittances, select the checkboxes against the payments, then select Email Selected. The remittances will be auto-emailed to the remittance email address saved against the respective entity records.
Alternatively, you can locate a payment and on its right side, select Actions and Email.
Edit Payment Details
Locate the payment, select Actions, View, Menu, then Edit Payment Details. You can only edit the Payment Reference and Notes fields. Make your changes, then select Save. Proceed to re-downloading the remittance to have an updated remittance on record. | |
